Kamen Rider Kuuga Rising Dragon, also known as "Blue Gold Kuuga", which is one of the forms of the warrior "Kuuga" transformed by Yusuke Godai. New parts such as the shoulder armor and forearms with gold lines added by Rising Power, and the "Rising Dragon Rod" with the added spearhead with Rising Power are expressed in new parts.
