The VF-25 from Macross Frontier, sporting the same color scheme as Maverick's beloved aircraft from the movie "TOPGUN: Maverick," is joining the "DX Chogokin" action figure series! Pre-orders begin April 3rd, 2026 (Friday) at hobby shops nationwide, with a planned release in September 2026.
This item features markings reproduced in various places using coloring and tampo printing. It comes with a special display stand that allows you to display it in fighter mode, and you can also recreate the parked state by deploying the landing gear.
It can, of course, transform into Gerwalk and Battroid modes. It is also equipped with a gunpod, shield, and assault knife, and the gunpod can be held even in Gerwalk mode. Another notable point is that the head in Battroid mode is designed with Maverick's helmet in mind.
